• Legal advice in all stages of complex international EPC Projects, in particular contract drafting, review and negotiations; support for internal Group approval processes
• Preparation and review of various legal documents, agreements and contracts, incl. project contracts, in English
• Clarification of legal requirements, in particular in various international projects
• Claim and anti-claim management
• Legal correspondence in English
• Co-operation with external lawyers (m/f/d)

• Business law or legal training (university, university of applied sciences)
• At least 3-5 years of relevant professional experience as a lawyer in a legal department or an
  internationally orientated commercial law firm
• Bar exam is an advantage
• Experience in international construction contract law/FIDIC is an advantage
• Business fluent in English (at least B2), French and/or other foreign languages are an advantage
• Flexibility and willingness to travel

In addition to all the benefits already mentioned, it is important for us to offer an attractive remuneration package. The minimum annual gross salary for this position is EUR 60,000.00 (full-time basis - all-in)
